EstHub Calvalus Training 2024-12-13

Welcome to the Calvalus processing training for EstHub. During this training, you will learn how to create, deploy and run a software package using the Calvalus processing system on EstHub.

• In Excercise 1, you deploy a first package using a bash script and gdal.
• In Excercise 2, you learn about processing parameters in requests and how to use velocity templates in conjuction with request.
• In Excercise 3 you go in-depth with a case study, where you will transform a Python ML script into a software package and deploy it on Calvalus.
• In Excercise 4 you deploy and run an example of a processor in a Docker container on Calvalus.
